Shipping:
We ship to any address in Australia using Australia Post. Shipping dates and rates are estimated based on item availability and chosen shipping options. Rates are weight-based, rounded to the next full dollar.
We will send you tracking details as soon as Australia Post collects your order.
Warranty:
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Faulty items must be reported within 2 days of receipt and kept in original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds & Returns:
You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange, or credit if products are faulty, significantly different from described, or not functioning as intended. Please let us know if you have any concerns within 2 days of receiving your order by email on [email protected]. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds. Returns must include a Return Authorization Form, be in original condition and packaging, and show no signs of wear or abuse. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
